How does it work?

   Your practice would fax us a copy of the patient's insurance card plus the patients date of birth. We will complete a detailed insurance verification form and fax this back to the practice.

   Then simply send day sheets or encounter forms, patient demographic and insurance information and pertinent diagnosis to SPS. This information can be sent via fax, e-mail, courier or first class mail then your share of the billing is finished and ours has begun.

   After double checking the diagnosis codes to make sure that you will get the most accurate and complete reimbursement we file your claims. We also follow up on all claims submitted, file appeals, send secondary claims, post EOB's and other services.
