 Do I have to sign a contract?

     No, we do require an agreement, but you have the option of ending your venture with 30 days notice.

Do you charge a flat fee or a percentage?

     The fee structure is customized to the practice.

Can you file both paper claims and electronic claims?

     Yes, We can also file directly to the insurance carrier through their website if they have that capability.

Are you HIPPA compliant?

     Yes we are. We make sure that we keep up to date and compliant with HIPPA regulations.

Is there a minimum number of transactions a month?

     No.  A small practice can gain a complete "billing office" at an affordable price.

Do you handle collections?

     No, we are not a collection agency.

Do you have experience with personal injury cases and med-pay?

     Yes, we also handle these types of claims as well as follow-up with attorneys on claim status and report this information to you.

How will the information get to your office?

     We can receive the information via fax, first class mail, email or courier.

Do the checks come to your office?

     No, you keep control, all payments go directly to you.

What about availibility?

    We are available to you, your staff and your patients Monday through Friday from 8:30 am till 5:30pm. Voicemail and fax is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Do you offer other services?

    Yes, every office is different and needs vary. We tailor our services to your needs.

   Once we sign with Southeastern Physicians Services how long till are claims are being filed?

   Within 2 business days from when we receive the patient information for paper claims. It takes  2 - 4 weeks for the carriers to process your application to file electronically.

Do you offer temporary services?

   Yes we do, we're able to process your billing on a temporay basis to cover such things as staff turn over, vacations and leaves of absence
